#asktheexperts my son is 2 year old and always wants to breastfeed. My body aches most of the time and i am unable to get enough sleep. How do i wean him off from breastfeed?

drop one breastfeed every week
father or other family member can help with feeding and putting child to sleep
build a bedtime routine that does not revolve around breastfeeding
