#asktheexperts my son is 14 months old .which type of oats is good for for babies of 14 months .steel cut oats or rolled oats

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl2 years agoA. hi yes ,rolled cut steel oats are good. but give it at 15 days gap or once in a month. avoid giving it frequently because oats are bulky in nature so they can cause low appetite.
