#asktheexperts my son is 11 month old , he starts choking when we give food or any solids he only prefers eating cerelac pls advise on wt to start and how to prevent choking

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to introduce some mashed consistency food so that the child can get the idea of having food which is a little bit in the Puree form but not completely paste like
