#asktheexperts My son is 1 year old and i am feeding him kichdi and breast milk. He poops only after 2-3 days or sometimes 4-5 days. What should I feed him so that he poops regularly ?

A. it's ok don't worry about it Constipation is common in exclusively breastfed babies feed the baby in sitting and c arm position burp everytime after feeding do cycling exercise wait till 10 days if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor

But why are you feeling only khichadi and breast milk to the child why don’t you go ahead with giving proper food to the child proper food to the child Audi sings are important you have to give really good amount of liquid as well to the child so first of all you need to really work upon a proper food plan for the child then only situation is going to be better and if it is required kindly take a guidance with Yala paediatrician on this
