#asktheexperts My son is 1 year and 4 months old. He is having 4 teeth upside and 2 teeth down. His last tooth came out on January 2023. Till now no tooth came. Only 6 teeth he had. Is it a worrying issue?

No there is no problem you do not have to worry about it this is a very natural thing to happen still if you have much to worry about this or you have concerns regarding this question so just to be on the safer side if you want you can certainly get it checked with a paediatric dentist
