Q.

#asktheexperts my son having mild fever in some time so,my daughter studying ayurveda so,she suggest turmaric powder or milk with turmeric & kala namak so, it is ok oe not?

A. Giving milk with turmeric and pinch of black pepper even I recommend you can also give rock salt into that that is also good so it’s all in all a very good combination to be given and also generally if you want you can give turmeric water to your child pinch of turmeric into warm water should be given to the child
