#asktheexperts my son 3 month old is suffering from loose stool since 4 days.. frequency gas reduced from 9-10 to 5-6 times a day how long should i wait for everything to get normal?

A. he is both on breastfeed and formula feed

A. Hello my dear parent! Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby while non-demand for better health, nutrition, and hydration. Get your baby personally checked by the paediatrician and seek medical advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine and follow your doctors advice.

Q. I have a 6.5 months old baby he’s having diarrhoea past 5 days. However the frequency of stool is only 1-3 a day. Only on the first day it was 5 times. Later on with medication the frequency reduced but he still having loose watery motions. Now he has also reduced peeing. He’s peeing at 6-8 hours. Is there any cause of concern. M worried about peeing. As normally babies should pee at 4 hours interval. Please suggest what to Do?
