#asktheexperts My periods have not returned yet ,initially I had period for two months after my delivery but they discontinued and I still dont have period also I am suffering from excessive hair fall..are these things normal?

A. good afternoon the irregularity in periods because of lactation the hair fall is because of deficiency in the body I will recommend you to increase the consumption of protein in the everyday diet
