A. Hai good morning !! Babies gain 400-900 gm per month ,by 5-6 months they doubles their birth weight . Here baby birth weight 2.6 and now by 3.5 months 4.1 kg gained around 1.4 kg is ok ,once check mother milk supply whether sufficient for baby or not. Give frequent feeds every two hours exclusive breast milk or formula milk.
