#asktheexperts My neice has leg pains after cesarean delivery. Why? Legs shiver and pain. Cough and phlegm, so stitches hurt while coughing? Please advise.

1.it happens because of nutritional deficiencies.
so she must have Healthy and nutritious diet.
she should take nuts , dry fruits, dairy products more
avoid sit or stand for long period.
avoid doing harsh exercises.
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
2.little bit pain or numbness is ok.
but if she is feeling severe pain at stitches ,it is better to consult gynecologist for once.
