Swapna sanjay RaichMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Give your baby lota of water and apply coconut oil at the time of sleeping in the night. Try to avoid uae of soap for bath and give fresh fruits or fresh fruits juice regularly it will keep skin hydrated and moist so there will not be patches also
