Hi, you can start solids when the baby turns 6 months old. you can give rice water, daal water, ragi porridge, sooji kheer, fruit juices, vegetables soup etc. ensure you include all seasonal fruits and vegetables. also try 3 days trial to see if the foods suits the baby and he doesn't have any allergies. thanks
Alivelu PandiriMom of a 2 yr 7 m old girl2 years agoA. You can start introducing fruits like apple, banana, pears, Chikoo puree in breakfast. Give each fruit puree for three continues days and see if your is baby is doing good then introduce one more fruit. Later, you can also add rice porridge, ragi porridge in lunch.
