#asktheexperts My girl is not talking any words other than amma mummy baa like that and very rare... Please suggest to get her talk asap

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interckhaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.
if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you fneed to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .
