#asktheexperts my girl is 2.5 years.she craves for plant mud from pots and eats it almost every day.. is she having any deficiency?

Author of questionMom of a 3 yr 5 m old girl12 months agoA. Dr has advised tonoferon 10 drops for 3 months... it doesn't contain calcium. it has iron.. so I m confused she has iron or calcium deficiency

Pica to be seen with kids it’s basically where kids like to have all kind of things but can be treated with proper medicines and also you should start with supplement of calcium because most of these things are commonly associated with deficiency of calcium also would advise you to start giving bans lochan as it is highly rich in calcium it comes in the form of small small things like mud or only it is going to taste like but it’s fabulous to increase calcium levels in the body is suitable for all age groups after the age of one year
