ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom kids by the age of 1 year they almost triple their birth weight and then it takes about 5 years to almost double it up . A little variation is acceptable as far as they are active for their age and eating healthy . Give them usual foods made at home for the family
