A. gastrocolic reflex is very normal in children. in this phenomena the child is having semi solid to solid stool after every episode of of food / mivlk intake. if the growth / weight gain of the child is proper there is no need to worry about this phenomena. usually this phencomena decreases with increasing age of the child

A. hi dear Formula-fed babies often have bowel movements less frequently than breastfed babies. But it's normal for them to poop after every feeding as well. The frequency of bowel movements can slow down between 3 and 6 weeks, but Altmann says some babies continue the pattern of pooping after every feeding.
