#asktheexperts My daughter is going to be 9 years old this August. she is getting breastbud and the start of pubic hairs is also seen. Is it okay to have them at this age ?

A. yes mam, few kids show early signs of puberty and which is absolutely fine. please give healthy food items to the baby including fresh fruits and dry fruits. avoid oily and maida food items and give homemade food only. also give eggs and chicken to the kid.
