Q.

#asktheexperts my daughter is 8 months old. She loves khitchdi so much that she eats a a bowl full of khitchdi. even after finishing it she does not stop when we give her more she readily takes it. but she herself don't come to eat after eating a bowl. my mother in law said that we should not give this much food to the baby as she doesn't know how much should be eaten. What should I do. How much food should I give to my baby. I never force feed her whether it is milk or food.

A. Usually it is suggested that you should give enough amount of food to the child that why your child is full if your child is not asking for it over itself that means your child is sufficiently done with the amount of food you are giving I hear by completely agree with your mother-in-law this time
