Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try to clean deep hginside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .

Maintain a good personal hygiene. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Good luck and take care.
