You can clean it from outside superficially by using a soft and a wet cloth from inner side if you feel wax has been accumulated then in that case you can check with an ENT doctor they are going to tell you what is the situation how do you need to clean it and maybe they can advise you with some drops that you can use to clear the ear rack
