#asktheexperts My daughter is 7.3 years old. Two of her upper front milk teeth broke around 9 months back but still there is no sign of new teeth growing. Earlier she got her new teeth in much less time. Is there any concern? Please suggest.

A. hi. usually after shedding of milk teeth, permanent teeth erupts within a gap of 3-6 months. consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for routine dental check up and radiographic examination.
