#asktheexperts my daughter is 4years old. her weight is 11kgs. how to improve her weight.

A. Hello mom all family foods can be given to them , and also you may not worry much as far as they are active for their age and also eating a healthy and filling diet as well. as some varation is acceptable.. give foods such as rice, roti, dals, legumes such as chana, rajma, lobia etc , eggs, chicken if preffered, fresh fruit milk shakes, panner, ghee, dry fruits and nuts and seeds,
