Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl3 weeks agoA. Bonnisan you can give five drops one time maximum four times in the day and every day if needed to be given this is just a basic SOS medicine and should be used according to the requirement as stomach pain issues common to be seen in this age
