#asktheexperts my daughter is 3yrs 4months old her weight is 13kg only. is she underweight... what should i do to help her gain weight.. is pediasure a good source to add in milk... or shd i gv nangrow...

ExpertRicha SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear good evening 1 or 2 kgs plus minus is definitely fine no need to get worried the way it seems to be ok for the age and if you want you can add a pediasure it will be a good supplement that can be added with the milk
