one year three times the birth weight, around 9-11kgs..
second year average weight gain will be 2kgs..
add potato sweet potato ragi dalia eggs banana dry fruit as cashew almonds walnut in paste or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amount for weight gain..
add protein, cereals whole grains for height..
