#asktheexperts My daughter gets loose motions whenever she eats adequate amount of food. She doesnt eat excess food then also..... What to do?

It’s okay so reduce down the portion for about 10 or 20% of the food that your child is consuming and that is what is going to be good what happens is that we want to eat till the time we do not feel that we are sufficiently stuffed but we actually should be eating 10 or 20% less than that food it would be good for you to reduce the quantity of the food by 10 or 20%
