#asktheexperts my daughter finds it difficult to pass stools and her weight is 6.8kgs only. please help me with a diet that is healthy for weight gain and helps her pass stools normal on daily basis. Thanks

A. Hello mama less intake of water and fiber rich food is the reason for constipation.. Increase the water intake and fiber food like papaya pear plum prunes carrots cabbage palak etc in diet. Secondly give all that u cook for ur family. include ghee ,dry fruits, rice ,potato, avocado ,sweet potato ,ragi, egg, banana shake etc in diet for weight gain
