Kids usually love to eat rice when do not have to chew. Also look for videos at YouTube for recipes. Good luck and take care. Must check Babyhug multi purpose cleaner etc

Mostly, toddlers fussy and picky eaters and therefore it is important to mix variety of foods so that maximum nutrition can be given even in smaller quantities. Try not to force feed and make eating a fun time. Serve in a kiddie plate or bowl or cup with straw in different shapes and colors. Keep giving finger foods to develop chewing habits. Include fat and protein foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, chicken, egg, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 550-600 ml milk everyday as it will help in gaining weight.
