#asktheexperts my child is not gaining weight as he is 2 yrs 10 month old he is just 11 kg.plz suggest me how to increase his weight.

A. Give all the family foods to the child along with that you have to make sure to give plenty of proteins fats and carbs as these things are very important in overall diet of your child that is beneficial in growth of your child
