Focus on giving healthy food
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge cereals fruits
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
