Q.

#asktheexperts my child is 2 yrs 9 mnths old. his weight is 11 kg. he is active does all the activities well. he is sharp as well but i am concerned about his weight. also he stick to his normal food didn't want to change or taste different food as well. dal rice and roti thats what he eats. sabji in small amount..how to change this?

A. dear mom. .to increase his weight add peanut jaggery ladoo, eggs, doya, tofu, paneer, yoghurt, cheese, banaba mango, chikoo, ghee, butter, nuts, dry fruits, add a tsp of coconut oil in his dal, it will help.
