A. Hello dear parent! Milk is only a part of the meal. Limit the dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage eating healthy. Good luck and take care.
