NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello the reduced breastmilk can be for different reason and you ca try to take lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also you can be having fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion
