#asktheexperts My breast sagged and skin of breast became dull and wrinkled and it bacame small and nipples get elongated due to feeding. I have 17months old baby . only feed during night time now. How can I get my previous breast back. any exercise or ointment?

A. sagging happens because of pregnancy also and after you feed your baby it is important that you take care of your diet and do some yoga which will be helpful for you to get rid of the
