#asktheexperts my breast milk leaks a lot and somewhat it makes me feel a bit embarrassed in front of anyone Soo what’s the solution for this?

To avoid leaking use breast pads available in this shopping app or market ..
To control leakage just rub nipple with thumb (only folding thumb don't use palm) in circular direction for 3-5 minutes
