Q.
#asktheexperts my both the kids (10 months and 3 years )are having running nose almost every month... the bigger boy loves eating curd daily...is this the reason ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. common cold are viral in origin, Avoid close contact to your child with people who have colds or other upper respiratory infections.
- Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing in front of baby. keep good hygiene, try giving indirect steam inhalation.

If you give it on the room temperature it is not a problem and if your kids are constantly suffering with an issue that ne jo child or both your kids are basically allergy to something which is not good for them so I suggest a kidney allergy test done that is going to give you a better clarity on the situation
