U can start doing a normal diet think if you want to wear and you can control the portion of the food that you are eating and a lot of women can go with intermittent fasting also so in that you can eat well enough of course but the later once you finish your meal by six six thirty in the evening you cannot have anything for about twelve to fifteen hours no salt no sugar only water can be there to support you that is intermittent fasting if you have the courage to go ahead with it then do it
