RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. For this purpose I would recommend you to add more of proteins into your child every day diet which is what is going to be good veg protein non-veg in that you can use egg yellow chicken and fish it should be helpful and proper balanced diet
