#asktheexperts my baby vomited twice yesterday and also had loose motions once, he is reluctant to eat and Today he is having fever but no vomits or loosemotions, I did give my baby calpol for fever , and got Emset for vomits. Should I feed him some solid food, he is completely on my feed at the moment.

A. baby may be having gastroenteritis infection It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
