Are you sure it is fat because sometimes you do bloating also the stomach looks fat and a little hard it is kids refuse to eat and all so if this is the situation that you need to check with your doctor to reduce bloating and if the stomach is growing excessively when you feel your child is becoming fat and that case also you need to check with the doctor
