Hello mom could most probably be because of bloating or gas or some tummy issues kindly check for that for his stools as well if it has a sour smell it indicates stomach infection as such Give him some tummy time, do not force him to eat ,give some jeera or ajwain or saunf water or some lemon juice or some coconut water to go with
