NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello till the baby complete 6 month the breast milk alone would be sufficient and after the baby complete 6 month you should slowly start with semi solid food and liquid based food in the diet and this can help in the growth of your child and also safe for the baby
