#asktheexperts my baby is now 7 and half months ..what solid foods I can give like veggies and fruits ..

A. hello u can be giving ur child fruits n veggies puree which should be healthy n nutritious n good for the baby growth n can give carrot banana apple potato avacado papaya etc
