hello baby being small is normal but something unusual then needs a properexaminatiin n she will be able to guide u accordingly n will also be safe too n no worries

It’s normal to be seen with kids so don’t worry about it as the age will increase with progressing is a lot of changes would come which would be good for the better health of the child but right now with what you are facing is completely normal and common to be seen
