Q.

#asktheexperts My baby is having server cough. He cannot sleep at night due to coughing. Even medicines are not working . Suggest me something that can provide him with some instant relief.

A. baby hv severe cough gv a spoon of honey or a glass of turmeric milk before bed.. boil some tulsi leaves in a cup of water till it is half with some crushed ginger.. add honey gv 2 to 3 spoon thrice a day.. take care
