Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hai good afternoon !! Until one year buffalo milk or cow milk or packet milk are not suggested as babies can't digest animals milk.
As baby is 8 months old Give breast feed or formula milk untill one year .. along with semi solids thrice a day.
Fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac, dal kichdi, oats, Dalia, sooji porridge, idly, Mashed dal rice, curd rice, roti pieces with curd, dal...
Avoid sugar, salt, oil in baby foods use ghee, unsalted butter...
