#asktheexperts my baby is around 23 months old...he is same weight since 4 months ..that is 11 kg..how to increase weight

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom the weight gain is not that very rapid as it was in the first year of life kids almost triple their birth weight by the age of 1 year and then takes about 5 years to double it up .
You can by now give him usual family foods gradually increase the quantity and variety
