#asktheexperts my baby is 7 months old .. he is not showing interest in solid even if I keep he is spitting it out ..need suggestions how to go forward and recipes

A. Hello! You should ensure that your child feels hungry before you start feeding solids. It is always advisable to give one new food at a time, preferably in the morning to check the suitability and for better digestion. Try changing the menu and introduced new foods.
