#asktheexperts My baby is 7.5 months old. When can I introduce salt & black pepper to a baby?

A. may add very little black peppers badter 8 months.. but avoid salt till 1 yr of age.. Babies dont know sweet or salt taste unless we introduce it. So do not worry the food is bland.
