You will see some swelling into the gums of your child or hardness into the gums of your child that is going to be the first and foremost thing for you to see and you will see that your child would like to bite every thing you know just to settle down the irritation in the gums

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Excessive drooling irritation itching in the gums swelling of the gums Hard gums loose motions sometimes cough cold with high temperature loss of sleep appetite etc are a few symptoms in babies during teething
massage the baby's gums gently everyday and also massage the baby's temples calves toes in the night with breast milk or coconut oil
